Julie came to us in 2000 when we moved into our new 20,000 square foot office and garage at 2001 East Trafficway in Springfield. Julie grew up in the rental business while working for her father, Kelly Hodges, the Hertz Franchise Owner here in Springfield. Julie manages the rental fleet and all HR functions, including driver hiring, training and support for our staff of 70 drivers. Julie manages the documentation of all driver training and safety verification, including drug and alcohol testing, criminal background checks. Our safety and reliability is an important part of our company profile and credibility and Julie is responsible for maintaining a high level of competence in this vital area. Julie is also the rental contact for all school and corporate clients.
