J. Howard Fisk Limousines Selected As Transportation Company For 2007 PGA Open In Tulsa.
Howard and Jan Fisk announced the selection to provide ground transportation for PGA Officials and CBS Network staff.
"This is one of those events, such as our Olympic service, that set us apart from others. To be chosen to serve the PGA Officials and sponsoring television network is definitely a prestigious assignment, on that our drivers have earned with pride." There are other coach companies working in Tulsa, but we got the VIP assignment and our staff is excited.
Bill Baehr, our director of operations, moved into quarters in Tulsa on August 4. Bill took with him a small fleet of coaches and a group of drivers and all the supplies necessary to support our assignment. "We are proud of Bill and his team, they have an important job to do in extreme weather conditions."
The announcement followed a thorough selection process including competing coach companies from across the country. Selection criterion included company reputation, vehicles age and configuration, professional staff and experience with major events and in moving passengers safely and efficiently.
