Safety: Our First Priority

Fisk Transportation has a proud heritage of safe and secure transportation services. Over one million passengers trust their safety to us each year and we make every effort to insure their safety.

Our drivers are proven citizens of the United States with a driving record free of moving violations, sexual predator charges and felony convictions. We also conduct pre-employment and random drug screenings for our employees.

We are routinely audited by the Missouri Department of Transportation, Federal Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit administration. All 2006-07 audits and reviews were satisfactory.

Training is an ongoing process at Fisk Transportation, in that drivers are routinely trained on a number of safety issues and retrained bi-annually. I personally participate in training at seminars and workshops with transportation leaders from across the nation. This occurs several times each year as we address the latest issues, including everything from new driver training guidelines to briefing from the Department of Homeland Security.
